Kara Sincavage
Founder, Pocono Properties Rentals & Sales — Blakeslee, PA
Kara Sincavage is a fourth-generation Blakeslee native. Her family's history in construction, real estate, and land development in the Blakeslee area reaches back to the 1870s, and that long local history shapes how she looks at Pocono property today.
Kara founded Pocono Properties Rentals & Sales in 2011. The office is located at 5626 Route 115, Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, and her daughter, Mackenzie J. Seitz, represents the fifth generation continuing the family legacy and serves as Broker of Record.
In 2007, Kara founded SINC Construction. Our related businesses — SINC Construction, Pocono Tourism, and Pocono STR — connect real estate, building, tourism, and rental services under one local roof, so clients can draw on practical experience across the whole life of a Pocono property.
